Kindly also note: Fjord watches have a world-wide manufacturer’s warranty to the original consumer for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase that the purchased watch is free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Please keep proof of purchase as you will need this when sending in your watch for a warranty repair or service.
The warranty does not include wear or alterations to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), as well as water damaged unless marked water-resistant.
The battery in a quartz watch is inserted into the watch at origin and may not last the length of warranty and therefore is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service or other factors not due to defects in material and workmanship.
Any other forms of guarantee from the retailer are their responsibility.
