Free International Shipping on all orders. All orders from fjord timepieces.com will be shipped from our stock location in Hong Kong. Following order processing, credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). Please note there may be delays due to customs which are out of our control.
FedEx Express Shipping
All Fjordtimepieces.com orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
USA and Canada : 4 to 8 business days according to the final destination (excluding weekends and holidays).
Europe: 4 to 6 business days
Asia and the Middle East: 2 to 6 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 3 to 7 business days
Note: All are estimated transit time excluding weekends and holidays. For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural areas, remote locations, and restricted countries, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Taxes and Duties
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of duties and taxes. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of Fjord Timepieces. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information around your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Order Processing Times
Allow 3 business days to process your payment and order. Orders will normally dispatched within 3 business days, if not an email will be send to the customer. All orders are subject to availability and credit card authentication. During sale periods, additional processing time may be required.
Order Tracking Information
Fjord Timepieces will keep you up to date during the delivery process. All items dispatched by Fjord Timepieces will need to be signed for and can be tracked through the carrier's website using the tracking number sent at dispatch. All items are fully insured to the correct value.
Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming the order with a FedEx tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of the shipment. This tracking number can be used on FedEx website www.fedex.com, which may take 72 hours to be activated.
Refused or Uncollected Shipments
If delivery of an order is refused, orders will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise excluding shipping costs as shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping charges and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, on both the original and return shipments to Fjord Timepieces. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
All our products are authentic, brand new and fully inspected before your shipment is dispatched. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watch or jewellery to us within 7 days of receipt. Due to reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
Any item returned to Fjord must be:
- Unused and in original and resalebale condition with any tamper
- evident label still attached
- No scratches & physical damages
- With proof of purchase
- Merchandise in original condition with all the manufacturers packaging, instructions and guarantee booklet.
Please note that prior to return of any merchandise, the customer must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Your contact detail including contact number
- Your order number
- Reason for return
We will review and respond accordingly. Customer should only send back the item upon receipt approval from Fjord. If item are return without prior approval from us, we will not be able to refund the item.
Please note that customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service or courier. Fjord cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit. We will only refund upon receipt of the items and fully checked that items are qualified for return.
